Shipping Policy

By placing an order through our website, you have agreed to our terms and policies. These set of terms provide protections for both customers and sellers. They also provide clear expectations of our services.

General

Shipping is subject to stock availability. Our stock levels are managed online, but, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you via email to make you aware and provide you with other alternatives. This includes the choices to either wait for the new batch, to order a different product, or accept a refund and dispatch the rest of the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Lead Time

Our usual lead time to process your order is 2-3 business days or 3-5 business days during busy holidays like Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc. We will prepare your order as soon as possible then send it with your chosen shipping method. If you have an urgent order, please choose Express shipping. We will do our best to speed up the preparation of your order.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 10 days depending on the service selected at checkout.

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 1 to 3 weeks. Upon checkout, a delivery estimate will be provided depending on the chosen carrier .

Change of Delivery Address

If you need a change of delivery address for your order, we can make the changes if the request is received before the order has been processed and dispatched. Please send your request within 24 hours using our contact message tool.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If you received your parcel damaged, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Please include the order number and the date that the product was purchased. Contact us if you have any issues.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your package has exceeded the estimate delivery time, please contact us. Include the order number and date in all your communications. We will contact the carrier service and seek to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we can cancel if the request is received before the order has been processed and dispatched. Please send your request using our contact message tool. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy in the General Policy section. Ke’ Kai Body, LLC reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Duties & Taxes

Domestic Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout and included into the final order cost to the customer.

International Shipping Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to  country. At Ke’ Kai Body, LLC we recommend that you research your country's policies on shipping and taxes prior to ordering with us to be aware of these potential cost.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination, the goods will be returned to Ke’ Kai Body, LLC at the customer's expense. In this case, the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. Ke’ Kai Body, LLC is not responsible for any additional cost/fees incurred by customs.
