All of our products are handcrafted, cut, labeled, and packed by us. Due to the nature of our products, size and appearance may vary. All of our products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock.

At Ke’ Kai Body LLC, we do our best to describe our scents. For fragrances and essential oils, we use the descriptions provided by the suppliers. All fragrances and essential oils are calculated into recipes within the IFRA guidelines. We used the lowest percentage, therefore our soaps are generally "light" scented.

We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Items purchased online are for personal use and not intended for resale. If you wish to sell our products please send us a request to info@kekaibody.com.

General Product warnings and cautions

All the ingredients are itemized on every listing and on the label of each product. It is the responsibility of the user to conduct their own research and decide which product will be best for them as they would do with any other personal care product. Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. It is recommended to spot test skin products prior to first time of use. If any product causes irritation, please stop using the product immediately and consult a physician. Always consult your physician before using essential oils during pregnancy. Ke’ Kai Body, LLC is not responsible for personal injuries or accidents.

We are not medical or healthcare professionals and we do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listing pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product. The main purpose of the soap is to cleanse.

Refund, Return and Exchange Policies

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure that they are in good condition. However, Ke’ Kai Body, LLC does NOT allow returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products for sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot resell personal items that have not remained under our care. Refunds or replacements will not be given for confirmed delivered packages if you claim you did not receive your package. But if for any reason you are unhappy, let us know by emailing us on info@kekaibody.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Promotional Policy

From time to time, we will offer customers promotions. These will include discounts, coupons, soap bundles and free delivery. All promotions are limited to one use per order. If you wish to make a large order for personal use or want to get more information about wholesales, please contact us at info@kekaibody.com.

Ke’ Kai Body, LLC is a small family run business and we put our best effort to create high-quality products and to ensure that our products are packaged and prepared for delivery with caution. Our customers can leave reviews on our products. We are willing to address any issue. Please let us know before leaving a poor review to give us the opportunity to make you happy. If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue, or just malicious we reserve the right to remove it.
